Construction of Chain Link to protect the skills training centre and Ramps to make the facility disability-friendly and also for vehicles to be able to enter the garages for work to be done on it. This was not added directly to the contract but was packaged in addition to some additional works on another project (Integrated Social Centre - Effiakuma)
